Tweiggle, a mobile messaging app with over 400 million users, is adding new friends on Monday.
Users will be able to create a new local friend with the app, and users can text friends with a voice command to send a message to them.
The new feature is available in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India, Singapore, and South Africa.
Tweiggle also announced that it will be introducing an iPhone app for local friends that will allow users to text friends from a mobile phone or a desktop computer.
This app will allow the user to send local friends a message that can then be shared with friends in the app.
The app will be free to download.
Tweiggle was founded in 2013 by a group of college students from California who wanted to create their own personal messaging app.
They have since expanded their service to more than 400 million mobile users worldwide.
