“I’ve never felt like I was on a TV show where you had to go home and play.”
Graham, who has appeared on shows like “Dancing With the Stars,” “The Amazing Race” and “The Voice,” said she and her fellow contestants, who were the most-watched reality show in the U.S., felt like they were in a video game where the only goal was to win a season of the show.
“You were playing video games all day, and it was kind of fun,” she said.
“But then at night, I realized I was really in this fantasy world.”
Graham said she felt like she was on an island where people are more friendly and supportive, and there are some rules: You can’t wear a skirt.
You can only have two glasses of wine.
You’re not allowed to wear anything other than an underwear or bathing suit.
And if you do wear a bikini, you must have the permission of a health care provider.
She said she was the only contestant on the show to not wear makeup and was the first to wear a hijab to her audition.
Graham said she didn’t wear the hijab to audition, but because she felt that it would be inappropriate, she went with a different dress on the day.
Graham, who is a member of the American Muslim community, said she has been approached by several people in the Asian community who wanted to host her in the future.
The Bachelor is set to wrap up its second season in March.
